The Nonna is the cutting board you need because it’s the only cutting board you’ll ever need. The heirloom piece is handcrafted from either end-grain White Oak, Red Oak, Maple, or Walnut. Walnut offers its unmistakable hue, Maple bestows exceptional hardness, while Oak contains tannins conferring anti-microbial benefits. The Nonna resists splitting and remains gentle on knives. All it needs is periodic maintenance — mineral oil, applicator and instructions are included in the kit.
